Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with PARCRUZER. Please read this before you order — especially the cancellation window and the timing details.
Cancellations — 24 Hours
You have a full 24 hours after placing your order to cancel for a complete refund, no questions asked. Email us at parcruzer@outlook.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order may already be allocated and booked with the freight carrier, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
A Note On Delivery Timing And Disputes
Please see our shipping policy for our honest 3-to-6-week estimate. A delivery running later than the estimate is not, on its own, grounds for a chargeback — please contact us first and we will give you a real update and, where we genuinely cannot deliver, sort a fair refund directly.
If Something's Wrong With Your Order
If your scooter arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, the correct replacement part, or a refund. Freight damage happens occasionally, and photos of the box as it arrived make the carrier claim far easier — please take them before you unbox fully if the outer carton looks knocked about.
Returns
If you simply change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll talk it through. The scooter must be unused, in resaleable condition, and repacked in its original carton with its foam inserts. Return freight on a 45 kg machine is at the buyer's cost, and we'll tell you what that is before you commit to it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is back with us and inspected.
Order Accuracy
Please check your order confirmation when it arrives. If anything is wrong — address, quantity, contact details — tell us within 24 hours and we'll correct it before the order is booked with the carrier.
